Why Should You Choose This Juicer?
More specifically, how does it measure up to those super blenders? Basically, juicing as a process gives you a higher density of nutrients per calorie when compared to blending. When you blend your produce whole, your body still has to work hard to get to the nutrients. Juicing puts them immediately into a liquid, soluble form that gets nutrients straight to your bloodstream in roughly fifteen minutes. I think blending is great, but it should be a complement to your juicing activities. You can still blend fresh green juice along with less juicy, nutritious produce such as avocados and leafy greens for healthy, green, delicious smoothies!
What About Presses or Slow Juicers?
Well, they call them "slow" juicers for a reason. You will get great yield (lots of juice) but you will pay for it in time.
